The team

Christopher has worked as an Estate Agent for some 13 years. Before the inception of Christopher J Sargeant, he worked locally in Camberley, Ash Vale and Aldershot. Back in January 2000, as a hungry 23 year old, he opened and managed an office in Ash Vale. The volume of houses sold earned him the right to ply his trade in 2002 as a Branch Manager in Walton-on-Thames. He took the branch from relative obscurity to being one of the top two offices in the area. Having also been an Area Manager and a Partner at two other firms, Christopher yearned to set up his own Estate Agency. Our mission: not to employ the ‘numbers game’ philosophy which many Estate Agents adopt. We concentrate on a quality not quantity approach thus ensuring that we have an extremely high sales conversion rate and never overstretch ourselves. His clients describe him as sincere and diligent.

Lisa Greenwood joined Christopher J Sargeant nearly 2 years ago. She is a self-driven, customer focused sales professional. With 8 years sales experience within recruitment, Lisa has gained invaluable experience in sales and customer service, enabling her to provide the highest level of customer service on all occasions. As a recruitment consultant, she has gained extensive knowledge of the local areas, including Camberley, Frimley, Farnborough, Fleet and Mytchett. Lisa is a confident communicator, able to build relationships at all levels. Her clients describe her as enthusiastic and professional.

Richard Pinnock joined Christopher J Sargeant in September 2009 with a view to running our second office, scheduled to open in January 2011. Richard has worked within the estate agency industry for nearly 19 years. He started his career with a franchised agent in Frimley. After a year, he left to work for another local independent agent where he spent some 14 years working his way up the ladder to become a Senior Client Manager. Throughout his career, he has gained respect from fellow colleagues and clients. He has managed offices in Basingstoke and Aldershot, the latter resulting in a promotion to ‘Area Manager’. At the age of 40, Richard has gone from strength to strength to maintain a high level of customer service and his strong reputation. He worked with Christopher some 8 years ago for another firm and, between them, they broke all company records within a short time frame. His clients describe him as personable and proactive.
